2011 Honda Brio Concept

Honda Brio prototype is developed with advanced technology of Honda, while further advance Honda’s “man maximum, machine minimum” concept. Designed as a commuter, the easy to use, even in urban areas, takes the Honda Brio prototype of an easy-to-use compact body (length 3610 mm x width 1,680 mm x height 1475 mm), while also achieving enough space in the cabin due to highly efficient packaging. With this vehicle, Honda thoroughly pursued the creation of an enlarged outer form that is more compact, while to maintain a strong presence. 

For the mass production model that will be an entry-level car for the rising demand in developing nations, Honda is unique versions for Thailand and India are developing reflect on different customer needs in these markets. Moreover, with this vehicle, Honda will leverage the resources of his Honda motorcycle shop and get cultured local procurement of parts and materials such as sheet metal.

For the Thai model, which will be operational March 2011, the fuel consumption of more than 5 liters / 100 km will be aligned so that the vehicle to qualify as an eco-car from the Thai government, and an entry price of around 400,000 baht will be encouraged. For the Indian model to be operational in 2011, the local customers for a small car and reflects local content is increased in order to create a model that achieves a good balance between performance and price vehicles.
